Ingredients
12 hard-boiled eggs peeled & halved
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 t. Snider’s Cajun Seasoning
1 T. Dijon mustard
2 t. Hot Sauce
1/4 C. Sweet Relish
Method
Remove yolks and mash with mayo, Dijon, sweet relish, hot sauce and Snider’s Cajun Seasoning.
Place filling in a large plastic zip top bag, cut the corner and pipe into the boiled egg white halves.
Garnish with additional Snider’s Cajun Seasoning
Refrigerate and serve cold.
